The New Westminster Salmonbellies came out for game three determined to take their level of play up a notch and record their first win of the series. For almost two periods they were the better team and the Brampton Excelsiors were very fortunate to be only trailing in the contest 3-1.

Game two of the Mann Cup Lacrosse Championship was played last night at the Powerade Center and although New Westminster was close the out come was the same with Brampton squeaking out a 6-5 victory to go up 2 game in the best of seven series.
